Lifestream Barley & Wheat Grass is a blend of two of the finest certified organic, New Zealand sun-grown superfoods. This blend combines the goodness of both Barley and Wheat grass plants which contain natural plant chlorophyll and carotenoids as well as minerals, vitamins, fibre and other phytonutrients.
Carotenoids are natural plant pigments that have important antioxidant activity – helping to counteract the damage caused by free radicals. Chlorophyll is a green plant pigment that has antioxidant activity and cleansing and balancing properties.
Lifestream Barley & Wheat Grass plants are harvested at peak potency and ‘flash air dried’ in minutes to ensure the nutrients are not damaged or compromised. This is shown by the rich Chlorophyll content which is a good indicator for the organic growing practices and gentle processing.

Directions
Adults: Take one rounded teaspoon daily with food. More can be taken as desired.
